Key Duties and Responsibilities:
ï‚§ Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
ï‚§ Maximize project margin and add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in
procurement, cost management and reporting.
ï‚§ Drive best value from suppliers and subcontractors
ï‚§ Carry out monthly financial reviews (CVRs) on projects and forecast final outturn values for cost,
sales and margin.
ï‚§ Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
ï‚§ Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
ï‚§ Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
ï‚§ Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
ï‚§ Timely submission and negotiation of final accounts to the client/main contractor and
subcontractors.
ï‚§ Any other additional task assigned
Essential Requirements:
ï‚§ Female candidate with First Degree in Quantity surveying
ï‚§ Second degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or any related field.
ï‚§ Minimum of 5 years project experience in construction industry.
ï‚§ Registered with the Quantity Surveyor Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN).
ï‚§ A member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (NIQS)
