Job Description

There’s an opening for a QS that well experienced in MEP works in Lagos Ikeja.

Experiences and Qualifications:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from recognized university
Minimum 3 years pre-or post-contract experience in a full fledge MEP organization.
Sound knowledge of MEP take off and bill preparation.
Knowledge in the use of MS packages, QS software CATO or similar is preferred, otherwise good working use of AutoCAD.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Team worker
Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
Should be willing to resume April 3, 2023.

AutoCAD Preparation of Labour and material schedule Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Strong analytical skill
