    Responsibilities: I was responsible for:
     Take off quantities from working drawings.
     Carried out frequent market survey for prices of materials.
     Preparation of weekly report of activities carried out on site. etc.

    Responsibilities: I was responsible for:
     Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers and labours on choice of rates and procurement of materials.
     Preparing budgets prior to the execution of each project and reviewing regularly for adherence and diligent appropriation.  Monitors materials supplied to site to know their accuracy level.
     Preparation of Claims, Bill of Quantities, Valuations and Taking Off for projects.
     Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other related documents.
     Tracking and documenting any changes in designs and updating budgets.

    PROJECTS HANDLED: These include the following:
     Ibeju Coastal City Estate for Lagos State Government at Ibeju Lekki.
     Alexandra Court Estate at Alahun Village, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State.
     Alexandra Court Estate at Sangotedo, Lagos State.

    Responsibilities: I was responsible for:
     Taking-off quantities from architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical designs for any proposed project.
     Preparing bill of quantities for a proposed construction projects.
     Pricing/forecasting the cost of different materials needed for the proposed construction project.
     Preparation of tender documents, contract documents and other necessary documents for contractors going for tender on any proposed project.
     Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers on choice of maximizing the execution cost of a project.
     Procuring/agreeing the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of a project.
     Preparing interim valuation on work done on site to ascertain payment due to the contractor and/or sub-contractors.
     Site visitation to check-mate the progress of work on site and ensuring that work is done in accordance to the prepared Bill of Quantities.
     Giving report on site meeting as feedback to the Chief Quantity Surveyor.
     Tracking changes to designs/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly, etc.

    PROJECTS HANDLED: These include the following:
     Proposed Stadium for Anambra State Government at Awka.
     Proposed Science Laboratory project for Central Bank of Nigeria at Enugu State University  Proposed Ultra-modern market for Imo State Government at Ekeukwu, Owerri.
     Proposed Admin block, Junior and senior mess blocks, Semi-detached block, Science Laboratory block, six bedroom duplex, and 3-Bedroom flat for Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS) at Abuja.
     Proposed student hostel for a private client at University of Nigeria, Enugu State.  Proposed Catholic Church for Enugu Diocese at Amofia Ugo, Enugu State. Etc.

    Responsibilities: I was responsible for:
     Prepares material and labour budgets for the proposed project.
     Monitors workers attendance and oversees on-going work on site.
     Takes daily records of supplied, used and unused materials on site
     Prepares weekly report of activities carried out on site.
     Attesting to the performance of subcontractors, foremen, skilled and unskilled labours on site.
     Liaising and paying labours’ wages on site.
     Ensures profit maximization and cost control.
     Builds unit rate for each item of works.
