An astute Quantity Surveyor with career year spanning over a decade, registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity surveyor (MNIQS Reg No 04689 ) and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN Reg. No 3974).

I have worked in a consultancy and construction company working on projects ranging from residential, commercial, educational institutions, financial institutions etc.

I have been involved in projects from inception to completion, the works I have carried out include: different approach to determining approximate estimate for projects, measurement of building works, tendering process, procurement of materials, sorting out variations, interim valuations, preparation of final account and other post contract activities.
